
Not much information is available about the young girl who was hit by a car at Haws Avenue and Airy Street in Norristown Tuesday morning.
Norristown Police and EMS responded to the scene shortly before noon on Tuesday, April 16, for a report of a pedestrian struck. Area residents say the young girl was riding her bike across the street when the car hit her. The bicycle was crushed under the car, according to witness reports.
The girl's condition is currently unknown and no information has been released about the driver of the car. Police and hospital officials have not yet responded to requests for information about the incident.
