A Delaware man has been arrested and charged in connection with a sexual assault of a 12-year-old girl on a class trip to Great Adventure on April 27, Jackson police said.
Glen F. San-Andreas, 34, of Wilmington, Del., is charged with second degree sexual assault and second degree endangering the welfare of a child. He is jailed in lieu of $125,000 bail, pending extradition to New Jersey, the release says.
San-Andreas was a chaperone on the class trip and took the girl to a secluded area and assaulted her, the release says.
Detective Mitch Cowit of the Jackson Police Department and a member of the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office went to Delaware to interview San-Andreas, leading to the arrest. Reported by Patch 8 hours ago.
