Video released by the Hillsborough County, Fla., State Attorney's Office shows 41-year-old driver Stephanie Wilkerson using her foot to push an 8-year-old girl off a special-needs bus in Tampa. Police say the girl slapped and pushed the driver prior to the incident. Wilkerson was charged with aggravated child abuse. (No audio)
